Operation: Minecraft, New server/ Requesting Map help

Hello, I am creating a 'This is war' server, and I need a couple of things:

I need some builders for a desert themed war map; The map will include:

Several large towns, cities, and other POI's.

An open desert for fighting.

Three faction area's(Insurgents, United Minecraftia Army, and one more faction I can't think of right now)
